The Straights formed in Fareham (Portsmouth) in 2019. Releasing their debut single 'Piece of Mind' in 2020 and achieving regional, national and international FM radio airplay. Including being handpicked by Rick Witter of Shed Seven to be featured on his radio show Rick Wittter's Disco Down. Also achieving rotation on US and Canadian College radio stations.

They have released 8 singles and have been featured on BBC Solent, Express FM, Voice FM and have been a strong support act for the likes of The Bluetones, The Skinner Brothers and Rosellas. The most recent single 'Waiting For Someone' was This Feeling's track of the day and our making their debut festival appearance at Victorious Festival 2023.
